Artwork Submission Guidelines
Client Responsibility
At Sign Future, we do not provide artwork design, layout, or editing services. Customers are fully responsible for preparing, checking, and submitting their own print-ready files. Please ensure all designs are finalized before uploading.

Please make sure your files are submitted in the following formats:
• ZIP File – must be in actual print size and CMYK color mode.
• For die-cut or white ink jobs – only Adobe Illustrator (AI, CS6) is accepted. Ensure all:
• Fonts are converted to outlines,
• Images are embedded,
• Layers are properly organized.

We do not perform file checks or pre-print approvals. Any file issues — such as incorrect dimensions, low resolution, missing bleed, or overprint settings — are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the submitted artwork is unusable or violates our production requirements, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the order.

Orders, Cancellations & Refunds
Order Confirmation
All orders are considered final once submitted and full payment is received. As a general policy, orders cannot be changed or cancelled unless specific conditions apply, as outlined below.

Eligible for Cancellation (Subject to Review)
Orders may be cancelled and refunded to your account wallet only if:
• The submitted artwork does not meet our print specifications;
• And you are unable to provide a corrected file for production.

Cancellation Fee
If a cancellation is approved, a RM10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers administrative work, file setup, and material handling costs.
Refunds in such cases will only be returned to your account wallet on our platform.
No refunds will be made via bank, cash, or other external methods.
Printing & Product Disclaimer
Please be advised that all printed products may have slight variations in size, colour, and finishing. These are considered acceptable industry tolerances and are not regarded as defects. Kindly take note of the following:

Due to production and material characteristics, size tolerances apply. For every 10 feet of material:
• General Materials: ±1–2 inches
• Mounting Boards: ±5mm–20mm
• Acrylic Sheets: –5mm to –20mm
• Fabric Materials: ±2–5 inches (subject to shrinkage during heat-drying)

Colour Disclaimer
Colours seen on screen may differ slightly from the final printed output. Colour matching is not guaranteed.
Colour output may vary from order to order due to differences in material batches, ink, heat, and humidity during production.
We shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction caused by colour variation. If your project requires strict colour accuracy and cannot tolerate variation, we advise not to proceed with the order.

Printing & Finishing Disclaimer
Minor imperfections may occur during printing and finishing. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Fine lines (especially in light or gradient backgrounds)
• Minor ink smudges, small ink dots, or slight misalignment
• Colour bleeding, fading, or dropouts in certain design elements
Most finishing processes such as cutting, joining, gluing, or sewing are manually completed. As such, slight inconsistencies or variations may occur and are considered normal. These will not be treated as product defects and are not valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Coverage
We provide free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia for all standard orders.
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier or transport service providers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the goods.

Proof of Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be left with a receptionist, security guard, or an authorised person at the delivery address.
Their signature shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
Once the parcel has been successfully delivered using the above method, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from failure to collect or secure the parcel.
To customers using Lalamove rider services
Please ensure that the order number provided to the Lalamove driver is correct, and that you select the ‘door-to-door’ service
option to ensure smooth pickup.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the
item has been handed over to Lalamove.
Turnaround Time
Production lead time begins only after full payment has been received and your artwork is confirmed to meet our print requirements.
Please note that turnaround is subject to our daily cut-off times listed below, and may also be affected by temporary closures or holidays.
We are not responsible for informing you personally of our closing hours or any closure announcements.
However, should our operations be temporarily paused due to public holidays, facility inspections, or other events, an announcement will be posted on our official website and social media channels.
Once published, this shall be deemed as a valid public notice for the specified date.

Daily Cut-Off Times
• Next-Day Jobs:
• Monday to Friday: before 4:00 PM
• 2-Day / 4-Day Jobs:
• Monday to Friday: before 6:00 PM
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from production time and are not counted toward turnaround.

Uncollected Orders / Parcels
Please be reminded that any orders or parcels not collected within 30 days from the notification date will be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to discard or dispose of the items without further notice, and we shall not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from uncollected goods.
Price Variation
Please be advised that Sign Future Industry Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust or amend product prices at any time, without prior notice.
All listed prices are based on current estimated production costs. In the event of unexpected changes in material, labour, or operational costs, the final pricing may vary accordingly.
Unless a fixed price has been mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties, all prices remain subject to change.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Sign Future Industry Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages that may result from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage arising from interactions, communications, or engagements between users, or reliance on any content or services provided, regardless of whether we have been notified of the potential for such damages.
This limitation applies under any legal theory, including but not limited to contract, tort (such as negligence), or any other basis of liability.
The terms outlined in this section reflect the agreed allocation of risk between both parties. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations, which have been considered in forming the basis of this agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sign Future Industry Sdn Bhd, along with its affiliated entities, partners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers,
from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees and court costs) arising out of:

Termination of Usage

in the event of a violation of our terms, policies, or if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or misconduct.
Such action may be taken without prior notice, and will remain in effect until further clarification or resolution is provided.
We retain sole discretion in determining the severity of the breach and the appropriate course of action.
User Conduct and Defamation

Notice for Deliveries via Lalamove
For customers who choose to use Lalamove rider service, please ensure the following:
• Provide the correct order number to the Lalamove driver.
• Select the “door-to-door” service option to ensure smooth pickup and delivery of your order.

Price Error Clause
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system malfunction, and the price is clearly inconsistent with market value, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund without further liability. We will notify the customer as soon as possible after the error is discovered. Thank you for your understanding.
Rush Order
All rush orders are subject to prior review and approval by our company. If, after assessment, we determine that the requested deadline cannot be met, we will not proceed with the order and the full payment will be refunded to the customer’s wallet balance.
We strongly advise customers to contact our customer service team to confirm feasibility before placing any rush orders, in order to avoid unnecessary delays or refunds.

1.1 Sign Future purchases are shipped to customers for free.
1.2 The delivery is made by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.
1.3 Please note that we currently only deliver to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
1.4 Estimated duration 3 working days customer will received the products from the shipment date.
1.5 We shall notify you in case there is late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
1.6 Upon receiving of our Product, you may be required to sign for confirmation of receiving your order. Upon signing, you confirm that your order is received without any damages. You may contact Sign Future Customer Service Team at 011-5889 6458 for further assistance.
1.7 If you wish to change your order delivery date, kindly inform Sign Future Customer Service Team at 011-5889 6458. Change of delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our delivery team. Delivery team will contact customers after their purchase to arrange the delivery. Sign Future may charge additional delivery fees for any last-minute change of delivery date and time.
SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us you are unsure / undecided.
Buyer must inform SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY at dropship.info@signfuture.com.my within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. Buyer must get approval from SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY prior to returning a product.
For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.). Buyer must ship and return the product to SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer’s account at SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY). Customer must inform SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to SIGN FUTURE INDUSTRY for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
REFUND POLICY

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
